Returns Policy

What if I don’t like the product I ordered?

We hope you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not, you may return the product to Nordic Soul Studios within 14 days of delivery and receive a refund for the product value.
Please note that return shipping or collection costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We aim to reduce unnecessary transport, waste, and CO₂ impact, therefore we encourage customers to place orders thoughtfully and only when confident in their choice.

To start a return, simply contact us and inform us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. Depending on the product, we may arrange collection through our logistics partners, or you may return the item yourself. The product value will be refunded once the returned item has been received and inspected.


What if the product is damaged upon delivery?

Each item is checked before shipment, and damage during transport is rare.
It is very important to inspect the product at the time of delivery, as you may be asked to sign a document confirming that the item has been received in good condition.

If you notice any visible damage:

  • inform the courier immediately, and

  • note the issue on the delivery confirmation document, and

  • contact us as soon as possible.

If a quality issue or incorrect item is discovered after delivery, please contact us and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

Return or collection costs are covered by Nordic Soul Studios only if the item is defective, damaged in transit, or an error has occurred on our side.


Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?

Yes. If you change your mind before the order has been shipped, contact us as soon as possible and we will cancel the order and refund the full amount.

If the order has already been shipped, cancellation must be coordinated at the time of delivery. After receiving your withdrawal request, we will arrange product collection and the courier will propose a suitable pickup date.


What are the collection and return costs?

If the product is defective or the issue has occurred due to an error by Nordic Soul Studios, collection is free of charge.

If you simply decide to return the product after delivery, collection or return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Costs depend on the size, weight, and category of the product. The exact amount can be provided by our support team before arranging the return.

Please note that collection costs are often higher than the original delivery costs due to logistics and handling requirements.
