Dispute Resolution
All complaints regarding the online store should be submitted in writing by email or by contacting us by phone.
If the customer and the online store are unable to resolve a dispute through mutual agreement, the customer has the right to обратиться to the Consumer Dispute Resolution Commission, which is competent to resolve disputes between consumers and online stores. Review of the commission’s decision is free of charge for the consumer.
The customer may also submit a complaint through the European Union Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
