Deliveries may be delayed due to local restrictions.

You will receive your order within 5–15 business days after it is shipped. Please note this timeframe is counted from the shipping date (when the parcel leaves our main warehouse), not from the order date.

After payment authorization and verification, order processing may take up to 2 business days. If your selected item is not available in stock, we will place it into production. Delivery estimates may vary due to national holidays, force majeure, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase (excluding weekends).

Custom and large-volume orders
If your order is large, made-to-order, or requires delivery to a specific or remote location, we strongly recommend contacting us in advance. In such cases, the most suitable delivery method, timeframe, and costs will be arranged individually to ensure the safest and most efficient shipping solution.

Delivery partners
Most orders are shipped via third-party courier services.

The carrier will usually make one delivery attempt. If delivery is not possible, please contact us and the delivery company as soon as possible. If a shipment is returned due to an unsuccessful delivery or pickup, the customer covers the return shipping costs to our warehouse.

Delivery times (estimated)

  1. In-stock items: 1–2 weeks

  2. Made-to-order items: 3–4 weeks (depending on product complexity and quantity)

  3. Sale items: 1–4 weeks (depending on sale volume)
