SHIPPING
Deliveries may experience some disruption depending on local restrictions.
You will receive your order anywhere from 5-12 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date it has been ordered, but from the moment the product has been delivered to the main warehouse. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to two days to process your order and order the product to the production, if your chosen goods are not available in the warehouse. This is just an estimation and may vary, from national holidays, force majeure, etc.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after your purchase is made (excluding weekends).
MOST ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED OUTSOURCED DELIVERY COMPANIES
Carrier will always have 1 delivery attempts, if for any reason it is not possible to meet the times of delivery we encourage you to contact us right away or our Support team. If by any means the pickup has failed the client covers the return costs to our warehouse.
Delivery times:
1. Standard item delivery – 3 - 6 weeks if the items are available.
2. Items which should be ordered – 4 - 6 weeks depending on the complexity and quantity of the items ordered
3. Items on sale – 3 - 6 weeks depending on the amplitude of the sale carried out.
